REAL FARMERS. HONEST STORIES. LASTING CONNECTIONS.

DFM is an organization representing Manitoba's dedicated dairy farmers, committed to supplying the delicious and nutritious dairy products cherished by many Manitobans through their daily efforts. We worked with them to develop a series of character-based brand films featuring real farmers. By sharing the honest stories of these authentic individuals, DFM builds relationships with their viewers based on shared beliefs, creating life-long customer allies.

THE INSPECTOR

A FAMILY LEGACY AT A CROSSROADS.

Alain is a third-generation dairy farmer. He has always loved animals and the lifestyle that comes with working on the farm alongside his parents. When his father passed away and his oldest son was in university pursuing a different career path, the way of life that Alain treasured so much seemed like it was coming to an end.

LANNA

HER COWS ARE PART OF THE FAMILY

Lanna's cows are a very special part of her life, coming second only to her family and close friends. Lanna knows them all by name, and when she does chores it always takes a bit longer because she has to stop and visit with these friends along the way. This story is guaranteed to put a smile on your face as you witness the touching relationships that exist between farmer and cow on this Manitoba dairy farm.

LOVE OF THE LAND

HONORING THE PAST BY CARING FOR THE LAND.

Sean’s family has been farming this land for over a hundred years. That history is a big part of the reason why he practices regenerative agriculture. Working alongside nature not only benefits the environment, it also preserves the landscape and in turn, the memories of those that came before him.
